Civil Litigation Attorney

LHH has partnered with a great firm in Pinehurst, N.C. to assist with the search for a Civil Litigation Associate (plaintiff side) for their personal injury practice group. Our client is a regional firm based in Pinehurst. The work environment offers a collaborative team focus, client focused approach, mentorship and growth, and a work/life balance. About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have 3 plus years of experience in all phases of the litigation process including but not limited to; trial prep, strong courtroom experience, experience leading mediations, and can hit the ground running and manage/lead civil litigation cases. If you are a Civil Litigator experienced in managing cases and no stranger to the courtroom, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Candidate Requirements:

3 plus years of civil litigation experience

Juris Doctorate from accredited law school

North Carolina Bar membership

Ability to work in office 5 days a week (some flex)
