The Technical Lead (TL) serves as an expert providing technical leadership in the design, development, and delivery of technology-driven applications, products, and services. The TL is responsible for offering solutions to business requirements or technical challenges and ensuring that development schedules are met while delivered solutions align with technical specifications and design requirements. The TL will work closely with the IT (Development) Manager to manage day-to-day software development activities. They will gain full knowledge of the Development team’s responsibilities and collaborate closely with them. The TL will also coordinate with the PMO, Architecture, QA, and Product Management teams. The TL must lead and drive the development components of Agile scrum teams, removing obstacles by collaborating with other teams.



Key Responsibilities:


Application and Solution Development (40%): Develop applications, data integrations, and technology solutions.

Design and Technical Guidance (30%): Create design and technical specifications based on business requirements and provide guidance and mentorship to developers and senior developers.

Code Reviews (10%): Lead and participate in code reviews, collaborating with developers and architects.

Team Collaboration (10%): Work closely with the Project Manager, Product Manager, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, Quality Analysts, Configuration Manager, and others throughout the project lifecycle.

Additional Responsibilities (10%): Perform other duties as assigned.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


Previous experience as a Technical Lead or Architect.

Advanced expertise in designing, building, and maintaining modern web applications, with experience in:

Application Frameworks: Angular, React, Vue, or similar.

Programming Languages: Java, JavaScript, TypeScript.

Package Managers: npm, yarn, or equivalent.

SCM Platforms: GitHub, Bitbucket, etc.

CI/CD Platforms: Jenkins, Travis, GitHub Actions, etc.

Unit Testing Frameworks: Jest, Mocha, Chai, etc.

UI/Integration Testing Frameworks: Cypress, Selenium, etc.

High-level expertise in two or more of the following areas:

Java, Spring Boot, Microservices

Application performance and accessibility testing

Application architecture

Cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, or others)

Native mobile development

3-5 years of experience with Agile Development Methodology, including leading scrum teams and planning product/roadmaps.

Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree.
