We are looking for an HRIS Systems Analyst with experience in Time Management to learn SAP Workforce. The ideal candidate has experience with SAP Time Management in SAP HRIS / HCM or SAP SuccessFactors


This is an opportunity to learn SAP Workforce and join the HR Services team and support their ongoing HR transformation program.


As an SAP Workforce Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Configuring, testing, and deploying Workforce software for various regions and business units
  • Supporting production issues and enhancements for Workforce software
  • Working on other SAP Workforce (and possibly SuccessFactors) modules
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders, project managers, and external consultants to deliver high-quality HCM solutions
  • Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SAP WorkForce software and SAP HR


To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Willingness to learn SAP Workforce software.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an HRIS / HCM Analyst preferably with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HR / HCM
  • Experience with SAP Time Management in SAP HRIS / HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple projects and deadlines
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and expand your skill set
