Sales Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to driving business growth by engaging with potential and existing clients through effective communication and strategic sales calls. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships, closing sales, and delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in both B2B and B2C sales environments is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Calls: Conduct a high volume of outbound and inbound calls to identify prospects, qualify leads, and close sales opportunities.
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Follow up on marketing-generated leads, cold calls, and referrals to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Customer Engagement: Develop strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Communication Excellence: Deliver compelling product or service presentations over the phone, via email, and through virtual meetings.
- B2B & B2C Focus: Adapt sales approaches to suit both business clients (B2B) and individual consumers (B2C), ensuring their specific needs are met.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking all customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to align sales efforts with broader company goals.
- Problem-Solving: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service, with experience in both B2B and B2C sales.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales technology.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
- Results-Oriented: Self-motivated with a competitive edge to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred, but not required.
