Billing Clerk

Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. (ULH) is a leading single-source logistics provider that offers a broad scope of services throughout the entire supply chain. Universal's experienced management team, with its state-of-the-art technology, provides customized logistics solutions to its customers resulting in proven efficiencies and savings.

Our operation is based in Chillicothe, IL and supports a construction machinery and equipment manufacturing plant in the area. We manage and operate a warehouse facility providing pick and pack, sequencing, and inventory management support.

Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Experience with Microsoft Office; MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

· Previous experience in an office setting is preferred, but not required

· The ability to multi-task with high accuracy

Responsibilities will include:

· Billing/invoice processing assistance

· Accounts payable

· Accounts receivable

· Analyzing and identifying trends in documents

· Resolving issues with payment and billing discrepancies

· Maintaining relationships with customers
