HI,Need SAP Production Planning Consultant-Onsite Hybrid with Travel-Only EST Location: Fairfield, NJ, 07004 (HYBRID) (Hybrid - Associate may need to travel to client locations in New Jersey and Indiana for meeting the Business stakeholders. Travel will be paid by the customer and frequency will be determined based on work demand.) Duration: 6+months Must Have Deep SAP PP Expertise: Proven experience in reviewing and optimizing SAP Production Planning configurations, with a strong focus on multi-brand environments (especially MAP brand). Manufacturing Process Knowledge: Ability to analyze end-to-end manufacturing processes, identify gaps between current practices and industry best practices, and recommend scalable, optimized solutions. Shopfloor & Execution Understanding: Hands-on knowledge of shopfloor operations and manufacturing execution processes to effectively support business users. Strategic Roadmap Development: Capability to design and implement a SAP PP roadmap aligned with organizational growth plans and acquisition strategies. Cross-Module Impact Assessment: Experience collaborating with internal teams and SAP COE to evaluate and manage impacts on other SAP modules during major changes or enhancements. Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage with business and technical teams, clearly articulate recommendations, and drive consensus. Good-To-Have Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with related SAP modules (MM, SD, QM, CO) and their interdependencies with PP. Industry Best Practices: Exposure to advanced manufacturing methodologies such as Lean, JIT, or Industry 4.0 concepts. Change Management Skills: Experience in guiding organizations through process transformation and system enhancements. Reporting & Analytics: Ability to leverage SAP tools for performance monitoring and KPI reporting. Experience in Multi-Brand or Global Rollouts: Understanding of complexities in scaling Skills required: Digital : SAP BusinessObjects Data Services REQ Intake: Location and zip code (city, state, and zip code): US East Coast, preferably New Jersey. Remote/hybrid/On site: Hybrid (Hybrid - Associate may need to travel to client locations in New Jersey and Indiana for meeting the Business stakeholders. Travel will be paid by the customer and frequency will be determined based on work demand.) I will need the city, state and zip code for the New Jersey and Indiana locations. – Fairfield, NJ, 07004. Keep Indiana out of scope of travel. How often will they be expected to travel to New Jersey and Indiana on a weekly or monthly basis. Once every two weeks.
