Optometrist ($50,000 bonus)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Optometrist at Chen Optometry located inside Costco in Fresno, CA. As an Optometrist, your day-to-day tasks will include conducting comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosing and treating various vision problems, prescribing corrective lenses, and providing professional advice on eye care and health. You will work closely with our team to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
• Licensure to practice optometry in California
• Strong knowledge of ocular diseases, disorders, and treatments
• Experience in conducting comprehensive eye examinations
• Ability to diagnose and manage various vision problems
• Expertise in prescribing and fitting contact lenses and eyeglasses
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus

In addition to the listed qualifications, previous experience in a similar role and commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in optometry would be beneficial.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary plus % of production
