Mergers and Acquisitions Manager

Our highly acquisitive, growing client, is looking for a dynamic M&A professional with a background in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or similar to join their growing team. This role will be heavily involved in the continued growth and success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Identify potential acquisition targets for the company.
  • Prepare valuations of target businesses.
  • Conduct proper due diligence for potential deals, including supporting financial modeling, analysis, technical research, presentations, and more.
  • Review contracts and negotiate for a successful and smooth deal closing.
  • Lead and coordinate meetings with Senior Leadership.
  • Overall, see deals through from start to finish.

Qualifications

  • Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of I-Banking, M&A, Private Equity, or similar experience.
  • CFA or other certification ideal.
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work in a fast paced environment.
