Regional Sales Manager
Role Description
This is a full time role as a Regional Sales Manager at CIT Relay and Switch in Rogers, MN. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing sales activities within specific regions, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Required to be onsite when not traveling to territories.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Engage with engineering and sourcing at key customers
- Engage with distributors and representatives
- Manage multiple territories throughout the United States
- Must be willing to travel up to 40%
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets
- 5 years of successful outside sales experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Salesforce CRM a plus
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to travel within multiple regions as needed
- Degree in Technical, Business, Marketing, or similar
