Responsibilities:

  • Perform credit analysis of individuals and businesses, analyzing data and evaluating short and long-run prospects of the individual or business.
  • Prepare necessary cash flow analysis, evaluating ability of the individual and/or borrower to service requested debt.
  • Generate financial ratios to evaluate customer's financial status.
  • Provide thorough documentation of all financial analysis performed including ratios.
  • Prepare reports and make recommendations for approval or denial of loans.
  • Review individual and commercial customer files, identifying and selecting delinquent accounts for evaluation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial underwriting (with a focus on commercial real estate) or a minimum of 5 years banking experience (or related commercial real estate finance experience).
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study.
  • At least intermediate commercial real estate underwriting skills and experience.
