Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Ping Engineer to join our Digital Identity Group. This position is initially a 6-month contract with the potential for conversion to a full-time role based on performance and business needs. As a Ping Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting solutions using Ping Identity's SaaS offerings and DiVinci Orchestration, ensuring efficient and secure identity management across our enterprise.


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements related to identity management and access control.
  • Implement and configure Ping Identity's SaaS offerings, including PingOne, PingFederate, and PingAccess, to meet business needs.
  • Assist in the implementation of DiVinchi for automating identity and access management processes.
  • Develop integrations between Ping Identity solutions and other enterprise systems using APIs and connectors.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Ping Identity solutions to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Ping Identity implementations.
  • Document technical configurations, processes, and procedures related to Ping Identity deployments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3 years) working as a Ping Engineer, IAM Engineer, or similar role, with hands-on experience in implementing Ping Identity solutions.
  • Strong understanding of identity management, access management, and authentication protocols.
  • Experience with Ping Identity's SaaS offerings, including PingOne, PingFederate, and PingAccess.
  • Familiarity with DiVinchi and its application in automating identity and access management workflows.
  • Ability to develop and maintain integrations using APIs and connectors.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Ping Certified Engineer) are a plus.
