This position is part of a crucial role in producing high-level compensation analytics, for a global agriculture company that values passion, humility, and trustworthiness. The ideal candidate has exceptional analytical skills, is detail-oriented, and has the ability to dive deep into problem solving. Utilizing data and industry research, you will present analyses facilitation management and leadership decision-making.


Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Compensation Analyst.
  • Experience in broad-base compensation.
  • STI and LTI management.
  • Workday reporting and analytics.
  • Exposure to DEI initiatives.
  • Advance Excel and MS Office.
  • Executive compensation.


*Private company experience and data visualization a plus.


Location: On-site, with opportunity for Hybrid or Remote.

This position is a 3 month contract position with the possibility of extension.
