This is a freelance position reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager primarily responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing CTV/OTT advertising campaigns, and other digital advertising campaigns. You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and internal teams to understand campaign objectives, identify target audiences, and develop strategies that maximize ROI and drive retail sales. This role requires a deep understanding of the CTV/OTT landscape, including key platforms, inventory sources, and performance metrics. This position is highly collaborative across the organization with merchants, licensing, creative, production, ecommerce, operations, planning teams, etc. as well as external agency partners.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage CTV/OTT advertising campaigns by overseeing program creative direction, communications, audience segmentation, and program tracking with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement media buying strategies for CTV/OTT campaigns that align with client objectives and budgets.
  • Media Planning: Identify the best platforms, publishers, and inventory sources to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Execution: Launch, manage, and optimize CTV/OTT campaigns across various platforms such as Hulu, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, and others.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports, analyzing key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI while maintaining cost-efficiency.
  • Client Communication: Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, provide campaign updates, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in CTV/OTT advertising.


Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily plus have an eagerness to learn and gain experience in a fast-paced, collaborative, ever changing environment.


  1. Accounting skills and budget management. Must be an “Excel Black belt”
  2. Solid knowledge of MS Teams and MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  3. Great attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, an upbeat attitude and the ability to think on your feet.
  4. Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent proofreading, time management and multiple project prioritization skills are a must.
  5. Can-do team player attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong sense of urgency, drive and passion to take ownership of all projects.
  7. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.


Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university plus eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. This includes Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must be proficient in with Excel spreadsheets and understand formulas in order to calculate and track results and budgets.
