Cinfed is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role will provide high-level administrative support for the CEO, Executive Staff and Board of Directors.


Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative needs of Executives and Board of Directors
  • Arrange conference calls, meetings, and events
  • Plan work-related travel details
  • Provide confidential administrative support for the CEO, Board and Executive Staff
  • Compose and edit correspondence for the executive staff and Board
  • Select and use appropriate technology to process information
  • BoardPaq Administrator for Board Member site
  • Record retention and updating of Board policies
  • Special projects as assigned


​Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent member relation and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Some college or advanced secretarial training preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal skills, proofreading ability, and writing skills
  • The ideal candidate has a professional demeanor, sound judgement and discretion when dealing with confidential matters
