We are seeking a dedicated Director of Talent Acquisition & Professional Development to lead our recruitment efforts and oversee professional development and training within the company. Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to our high-level needs across sales/designers, management, warehouse, distribution, and delivery departments.
  • Collaborate closely with General Managers at various locations to understand staffing requirements and support their teams effectively.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to network with potential candidates and promote Cantoni as a premier employer in the luxury design sector.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, providing a high-caliber candidate experience.
  • Oversee professional development programs to ensure continuous learning and career growth for employees at all levels of the company.
  • Develop and maintain training modules that reflect the latest industry trends and company standards, facilitating regular training sessions.
  • Foster a culture of ongoing personal and professional development, supporting our employees in achieving their career aspirations within Cantoni.
  • Identify emerging trends in talent management and adjust strategies accordingly to stay competitive in the market.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in recruitment, ideally within the luxury market or similar high-end sectors.
  • Proven track record in strategic recruitment planning and execution, along with a strong understanding of professional development and training.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and lead.
  • Strong organizational abilities and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel and actively participate in external events to represent the brand.
