Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative In-House Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create designs in a variety of styles. You will be working closely with various companies to create visual content for both digital and print media.

 

Responsibilities

  • Design content for social media, infographics for training, powerpoint templates, sales proposals, branding guides and print materials.
  • Collaborate with business owners from all different fields
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of designs.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
  • Be ready to learn new skills and expand your design expertise

Qualifications

  • REQUIRED: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
  • Any sort of education in graphic design field is welcome but not required
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Skills in other software is welcome too.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and digital media requirements.
  • Flexibility to problem solve and troubleshoot. A readiness to try new things
