Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation and prosecution of patent applications.
• Assisting with PCT filings and foreign prosecution.
• Liaison between attorneys, clients, and foreign associates.
• Drafting official correspondence and routine client reporting.

Requirements:

• A minimum of two-years of patent prosecution experience.
• Extensive knowledge of the US, PCT filings, and foreign prosecution.
• Exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and patent software.
