Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer & Business Insights Analyst located in Philadelphia, PA. The Senior Customer & Business Insights Analyst is responsible for analyzing data, reporting, and making recommendations to internal teams and customers to improve business processes and customer experience. The Senior Customer & Business Insights Analyst will also be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements and communicating findings to stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Business Analysis
  • Strong Excel / Data Analysis Background
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements
  • Experience in improving business processes
  • Ability to create and present reports to stakeholders
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or related field
