As a Network and IS Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our voice and data networks, server systems, and LAN/WAN infrastructure.

Your Mission: Ensure Seamless Connectivity and Robust Systems

As a crucial member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing, installing, repairing, and supporting the backbone of our network operations. From voice communications to data centers, you'll be at the forefront of technology, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. You'll lead a team of experts, guiding them through complex challenges and providing training to keep everyone at the top of their game.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the Way: Provide leadership and training to the Network/IS Operations team, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
  • Keep Us Connected: Assist in the design and installation of network hardware, servers, power systems, SAN systems, and telecommunications equipment.
  • Solve Problems: Use cutting-edge software and hardware tools to diagnose and resolve network issues, ensuring uninterrupted service.
  • Maintain Excellence: Manage the administration, repair, and maintenance of the phone system, voice mail system, call center server, and more.
  • Be Our Tech Guru: Provide third-level support for Helpdesk tickets, ensuring our users always have the support they need.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain configuration inventories for disaster recovery planning and ensure adherence to IS policies and procedures.
  • Handle the Unexpected: Manage proper escalation during outages and degraded system performance, with 24/7 availability for critical situations.

What You’ll Need:

  • Education and Experience: An undergraduate degree in computer science or business, or equivalent technical experience. A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in IS server, telecommunications, or network operations.
  • Certifications and Skills: Microsoft, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks, or other relevant certifications are a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility: This role may require working rotating shifts, with some after-hours, weekend, and holiday availability.
