We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler/Production Technician to help build high-quality products in a clean, safe, and structured manufacturing setting.This position is ideal for someone who likes consistent, process-driven work and takes pride in quality and accuracy. Training and ongoing support are provided — including accommodations or individualized coaching for neurodiverse employees to help ensure success on the job.What You’ll DoBuild and assemble products by following clear written instructions and established processes.Follow safety and quality standards to ensure every product meets specifications.Accurately record work performed and maintain organized documentation.Rotate between tasks as needed and work collaboratively with your team.Participate in continuous improvement activities and training opportunities.Learn and apply Lean Manufacturing principles (training provided).What We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent.Some previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or production role preferred.Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.Strong attention to detail and reliability.Comfortable working on-site full time and standing for extended periods.Willingness to learn, follow structure, and grow with a supportive team.Extra Experience That’s a PlusFamiliarity with SAP or other manufacturing software systems.Experience in medical device or similar quality-focused manufacturing.Prior experience training others or learning multiple work areas.Why This Role May Be a Great FitClear expectations and structured processes.Supportive team environment with hands-on training.Predictable, steady work with opportunities to learn new skills.Individualized coaching and workplace support available for neurodiverse employees.If you enjoy building, problem-solving, and being part of a mission-driven company that values inclusion and teamwork, this may be a great fit for you
