Land Analyst

Overview of Role: This Land Analyst will be a key member of the Land Team and reporting directly to the Vice President – Land Technology. This is a full‐time, on‐site position that will be focused on ensuring the highest quality Leasehold and Agreement data. Candidates for this role should excel in generating reports and managing extensive datasets. A solid grasp of mineral and working interest calculations is essential. Beyond conducting independent lease analysis and setup, the position involves substantial interaction with technology vendors and overseeing outsourced teams, providing guidance and direction for acquisition integrations and ongoing asset maintenance.

Experience and Skills Required

· Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Land records in a Lease Analyst, Division Order, or related role

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Prior experience in Permian or Appalachia preferred

· No sponsorship is available for this position

· The role will be 100% onsite at our Minnetonka, MN, headquarters
