This role is ideal for someone who wants autonomy, the ability to leverage their existing market knowledge, and the support of an established firm without micromanagement.Position OverviewThe Full Desk Construction Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from business development and client management to candidate sourcing, placement, and ongoing relationship building. This is a true full-desk role requiring proven agency experience in construction recruiting.You will work remotely while collaborating closely with leadership and other recruiters.
