We are seeking a dynamic Office Supervisor to join our team and help us bring on more employed and independent advisors successfully.

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Office Supervisor, ideally with a background in the travel advisory industry, who is ready to roll up their sleeves and take a hands-on approach to drive our growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in mergers and acquisitions of agencies and will play a crucial role in overseeing our processes and procedures. While residing in the Phoenix area is preferred due to plans of opening a larger office as our headquarters, it is not a requirement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of administrative processes.
  • Oversee the integration of mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless transitions and alignment with company standards.
  • Develop and implement efficient procedures to support our growing team of employed and independent travel advisors.
  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new advisors.
  • Manage booking processes, including reconciling commissions and following up on accounts receivables.
  • Provide support in financial reporting and budgeting to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the travel advisory industry, with a strong understanding of agency operations.
  • Demonstrated experience in mergers and acquisitions, including integration and process alignment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and financial reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a preference for candidates residing in the Phoenix area.
