Position Overview: KidLink Therapy is seeking a passionate, motivated and responsible full-time Occupational Therapist to join our great team of clinicians. This role may include Saturday hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide, play based, effective, family-centered care to pediatric clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize Sensory Integration (SI) theory and functional neurology to guide therapeutic interventions (SIPT certification not required).
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to clinic initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Masters or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Massachusetts
  • 2-3 years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred
  • Knowledge of Sensory Integration (SI) theory preferred
  • Experience working with children in a therapeutic, clinical or school setting.
  • Responsible and independent worker with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work Saturday hours
