Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Infor M3 Project Manager to lead a critical phase of their global implementation project, where your expertise will make a significant impact.


This position requires a professional with a proven track record of leading global Infor M3 implementations in mid to large-sized companies. The ideal candidate will possess the executive-level communication skills necessary to engage effectively with both the C-Suite and project teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Manage the global Infor M3 Cloud implementation, overseeing four sub-project managers across various workstreams.
  • Project Scheduling: Ensure efficient project scheduling, making sure the right resources are present at the right meetings at the right times.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between the C-Suite and project resources, maintaining clear and effective communication at all levels.
  • Documentation & Progress Tracking: Oversee all project documentation and meticulously track progress against the project plan.
  • Energy & Drive: Bring a sense of urgency and momentum to the project, motivating team members towards successful and timely completion.


Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Project Leader on at least one global Infor M3 project implementation for a company with a revenue of $1 - $5 billion.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading project teams consisting of 3-8 project managers.
  • Communication: Executive-level communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively articulate complex issues to both the C-Suite and project teams.
  • Availability: Must be available to start immediately and commit to travel to PA at 25%.
  • Personal Attributes: High energy, a strong sense of urgency, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to confidently drive projects forward.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing complex, global, multi-phase ERP implementations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to navigating challenges.
