The Diesel Service Shop Manager will help direct, coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Service & Repair Shop. This management-level position is responsible for leading a team of 10 - 12 full time Service Technicians and Fabricators on a daily basis. This position also works closely with our General Manager on business growth, productivity, and profitability strategies focused on customer retention and increased market share in the Des Moines metro region.
Hours: Day shift hours, Monday through Friday. Hours are generally 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM. No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call hours required
Compensation: This position pays a base wage + semiannual bonus. Total compensation (base + bonus) will range from $90,000 to $105,000/year. Compensation will be dependent upon experience level and qualifications.
