FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

The Franchise Sales Specialist’s primary focus is to handle all initial franchise inquiries from prospective franchise owners, quickly and efficiently connecting with and qualifying their suitability to be considered for a MassageLuXe franchise.


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

· Making the first connection with new inquires/leads received through a variety of communication channels with the goal to connect within a small timeframe from initial inquiry.

· Arrange and conduct initial contact points with the prospect to showcase the opportunity and work through a qualifying questionnaire to assess their suitability leading to further conversations about franchising.

· Supporting all sale process touchpoints with the correct distribution of information materials where applicable.

· Recording detailed notes, meeting dates, tasks into the CRM (FranConnect), to support seamless movement of prospects through the sales process.

· Analyzing the sales team performance data, reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.

· Align with and immerse yourself in the MassageLuXe culture whilst staying on top of the latest thinking and trends in both the Franchising and health and wellness industries.

· Responsible for outreach and prospecting through LinkedIn and franchise owner lists to assist in driving interest in MassageLuXe.


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· Ability to learn, grow and welcome the challenges that come with and ever-expanding brand is vital to success here.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship management, consultation, influencing and negotiation skills.

· Ability to investigate and analyze data in the CRM to provide sales team feedback on areas of improvement and progress to goals.

· Ability to thrive in a high achieving sales environment showing the ability to work both independently and part of a team.

· Interactive, KPI driven, high energy, solutions oriented and with entrepreneurial spirit.

· A proven track record of success in sales, within the franchise sector is a plus but not required.

· Strong judgment skills and appropriate communication regarding confidential matters is required.

· Self-starter with excellent organizational skills. Must be able to work efficiently, prioritize well and be effective with heavy multi-tasking and meeting deadlines

· Love of working with a team without drama, full of the culture that fosters enjoyment, job fulfillment, and growth
