Our client is a top firm, seeking a Patent Attorney or Patent Agent for its Charlotte, NC or Tampa, FL offices.


Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of patent prosecution and patent drafting experience.
  • Experience with patent litigation [attorneys only].
  • Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science.
  • USPTO registration is required.
  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school [attorneys only].
  • Bar admission in North Carolina or Florida, or ability to become admitted.
  • Excellent research and writing/verbal communication skills, as well as project and case management abilities.
