Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is on the lookout for a talented Superintendent with a proven track record in ground-up commercial construction and healthcare renovations. If you’ve successfully managed projects ranging from $10 million to $50 million+, this could be your next big career move

We’re searching for someone who excels in communication and coordination with project stakeholders, including owners, onsite personnel, and back-office operations teams. What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with the Project Executive to set up contracts, purchase orders, testing/inspections, submittals, and project schedules.
  • Collaborate with the Estimator to align project budgeting, scope, and potential challenges.
  • Handle the procurement of necessary permits and execute owner contracts.
  • Review and finalize subcontracts and track critical path submittals.
  • Confirm schedules with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Conduct thorough reviews with field superintendents and lead site/progress meetings.
  • Facilitate internal project hand-offs and manage change orders.
  • Regularly update and review project budgets and schedules.
  • Ensure all testing/inspections meet specifications.
  • Assist with owner and subcontractor billings and coordinate final punch/close-out procedures.


What You Bring:

  • A degree in Construction Management, Construction/Civil Engineering, or Architecture (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Commercial Building Construction.
  • Proficiency with industry tools like Sage, ProCore, OnScreen Takeoff, SmartSheets, BlueBeam, and Smart Bid.
  • A strong commitment to safety and a knack for problem-solving with minimal guidance.
