Technology is at the core of our business model, enabling a seamless experience for both our clients and internal teams. We are seeking highly motivated software engineers to help design and build innovative products that empower professional real estate investors to manage their financial needs. This role offers the chance to work in an entrepreneurial environment and have a direct impact on the growth of our technology and business operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Build full-stack web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Serverless Framework.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management to define and develop features, leveraging tools such as React.
  • Guide and oversee the work of junior developers.
  • Partner with operations and infrastructure teams to scale back-end services effectively.
  • Participate in code reviews, development workflows, and business meetings as required.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development.
  • Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals and problem-solving.
  • Proven success in working collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
  • Familiarity with AWS, React, and Serverless Framework is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to provide and receive feedback, and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to explain and discuss system architecture and component design.
