Robert Half is looking for SAP Technical Lead / Analyst who is deeply passionate and understands SAP from a technical and functional level. To be successful in this role, you should be a self-starter who combines a strong technical understanding of SAP R/3, ECC and other versions of SAP along with prior experience upgrading SAP to a newer version. This person should have domain knowledge in modules such as MM, SD, FI / FICO, and other various modules. Lastly, this person must be able to communicate effectively with internal leadership and vendors to provide the best solution for the business. What you get to do every single day:

  • Serve as the technical and functional lead for all things SAP while mentoring other members of the team.
  • Gather and provide technical and functional roadmap for leadership and vendors.
  • Work with 3rd Party vendor to resolve issues with current SAP footprint.
  • Provide a highly technical roadmap for SAP Migration from current version to either SAP ECC or newer version.
  • Plan and provide a unified / out of the box SAP solution that benefits the business as a whole.


What you bring to the table:

  • B.S. degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 7 to 10 years of technical and functional experience working with SAP R/3, ECC, and other various.
  • Extensive, cross-functional, SAP ECC solution design and configuration experience.
  • Demonstrated, substantial experience in blueprinting & Support of cross-functional ECC solutions, including FICO, FI, MM, SD, PP, etc.
  • Prior experience mentoring a team of SAP Support Engineers
  • Prior experience implementing SAP for a Global Organization.
  • Prior experience migrating from an older version of SAP to a newer version of SAP.
