  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the electrical subcontractor field with a high school diploma/GED OR a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with no prior work experience.
  • Familiarity with McCormick Estimating Software is essential.
  • Experience in Union Contracting is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience estimating large commercial projects, including hotels, resorts, or casinos, is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
