Clutch Creative is a rapidly growing staffing agency. We support our clients by identifying unreachable talent that helps their businesses grow.
Our candidates work with us because they know we have the best opportunities available to them and will help them navigate their next career move.
We care, we're honest, and we hustle—that's what makes us Clutch.
Clutch is looking for an experienced Project Manager for a client of ours.
About the Role:
The Project Manager is a critical role responsible for orchestrating the successful execution of advertising campaigns and related projects. This role demands a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. The Project Manager acts as the central hub, connecting our talented internal teams (creative, strategy, media, etc.) and our valued clients, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless project flow from initial concept to final execution. This often involves managing complex, multi-faceted projects for well-known brands.
Responsibilities:
• Project Planning & Scoping: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, clearly defining project scope, deliverables, and resource allocation. Collaborate closely with account management and strategy teams to deeply understand client needs and translate them into actionable plans, including the critical initial phases of campaign development and brand building.
• Project Execution & Management: Oversee all aspects of project execution, from kickoff to completion, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget. Monitor progress, proactively identify potential roadblocks, and implement effective solutions. This includes seamlessly guiding the creative development process and managing the complexities of bringing fresh, innovative ideas to life.
• Resource Management: Efficiently coordinate internal resources (creative, media, strategy, development, production, etc.) and external vendors (printers, photographers, research firms, etc.) to ensure projects are properly staffed and resourced, maximizing the expertise within our agency.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates, managing expectations, and addressing any questions or concerns. Build strong, trusted client relationships, including expertly presenting creative concepts and campaign performance updates.
• Budget Management: Manage project budgets meticulously, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within the allocated budget. Provide regular, transparent budget reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Proactively identify and assess potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
• Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle to ensure all deliverables meet our high standards and exceed client expectations.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate project processes, seeking opportunities for improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness within our dynamic workflow.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports. Provide regular, concise project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaboration & Communication: Foster strong collaboration and clear communication among internal teams and external partners. Facilitate productive meetings, distribute project information effectively, and ensure everyone is aligned on project goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Must have recent agency experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing advertising campaigns and related projects, including experience navigating the complexities of developing and launching new campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the advertising industry and the creative development process, with a passion for innovative thinking.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, budgeting, and risk management.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com, etc.).
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
