PR Branding Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Management:
  • Assist in developing and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and conduct regular brand audits to assess brand health and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support the implementation of brand marketing strategies to enhance BitMart's brand awareness and perception in the market.
  1. Brand Partnerships Coordination:
  • Assist in identifying potential brand partnership opportunities with industry players, influencers, and organizations.
  • Coordinate outreach efforts and communications with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Support the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with BitMart's brand values and objectives.
  1. Public and Media Relations:
  • Assist in drafting press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials to support PR initiatives and announcements.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry news to identify opportunities for media outreach and engagement.
  • Support the cultivation of relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry influencers to secure press coverage and media placements.
  1. Offline Events and Conferences Coordination:
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of offline events, conferences, and sponsorships to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Support event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, vendor coordination, and onsite execution.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of event activations and experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, public relations, or related roles within the cryptocurrency, fintech, or technology industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and accuracy in all tasks and deliverables.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools is preferred.
  • Passion for blockchain technology and digital assets is a plus.
