Role: Peoplesoft HCM Consultant

Location: Schenectady, New York (Onsite/Hybrid/Remote)

Work Mode: Full Time

Job Description

  • At least 4-5 years of functional experience in HCM, preferably in PeopleSoft.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Benefits Administration or Payroll for North America is preferred.
  • strong SQL skills, PS Query, Data analysis and research with advanced Excel skills are required.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures for assigned processes.
  • Ability to identify, clarify, and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed.
  • Ability to review project deliverables for completeness, quality, and compliance with established project standards.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, demonstrated ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy, Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • skilled in manipulating data, ability to work in a deadline driven environment.
  • Ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation.
  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for identifying solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Data privacy, compliance, and controllership awareness.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of sensitivity and exercise discretion in regard to confidential material.
