We have been retained by a worldwide leader in consumer products to recruit a strategic Human Resource Business Partner. The successful candidate will lead a team of three HR Representatives and oversee an 800 associate non-union manufacturing plant. Reports to VPHR – Manufacturing Operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related business field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in leading an HR team.
  • Experience with FMLA, ADA, ERISA, HIPAA, and AAP.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Must have good business acumen and the ability to see the big picture.
  • Ability to model the company’s values of respect for people, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • High visibility with C-level leadership.
  • Must have desire for career growth.
