We work on some of the hardest problems in the world around developing, evaluating, training, and deploying autonomous AI SWE agents.


Responsibilities

Morph Labs is seeking seasoned infrastructure engineers to pioneer AI-native cloud infrastructure for autonomous AI SWE agents.


What you will do and achieve:

  • Architect, build, and scale cloud VM infrastructure including innovative virtualization technology for uniquely large-scale AI SWE agent workloads
  • Prototype and design distributed systems that implement automated monitoring, data collection, data annotation and AI training pipelines for any compute resource on our cloud
  • Architect, build, and scale distributed systems for large-scale synthetic data generation and AI training workloads on potentially heterogeneous hardware platforms.


Qualifications

  • You should be a good system designer who thinks about security up-front. Strong VM isolation, network security, and proper multi-tenant application design are all necessary to scale enterprises into the next billion autonomous software engineers.
  • Strong background in building and managing scalable, reliable cloud infrastructure, with extensive experience in AWS/GCP environments.
  • Expertise in virtualization, containerization, and an understanding of orchestration systems.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of AWS and GCP services, including EC2/GCE, RDS/Cloud SQL, and Kubernetes
