Senior Administrative Assistant

Position Overview:
The Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring efficient administrative support, and managing office resources.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIE
· Prepare, review, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
· Oversee daily office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, mail, record keeping and facility management.
· Manage relationships with vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of services.
· Assist in budget preparation and monitor office expenses. Ensure cost-effective use of resources.
· Provides administrative assistance to the Claims team with data entry, claim maintenance and member support.
· Prepares and distributes claim reports to management and takes necessary action.
· Assist in the preparation of claim audits.
· Provide customer service to clients and answer their queries.
· Manages maintenance of claims as assigned by Claims Director.
· Conduct loss run reports and sets up in Riskonnect.
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
· Performs other duties as assigned.
· Travels as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills & Knowledge
· Analytical and interpretive skills with strong attention to detail.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
· Proficiency in working effectively in a team environment, when working independently and when working offsite or remotely.
· PC literate, including Microsoft Office and other system products.
· Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
· Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
