Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at Rella & Associates, P.C. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for performing legal research, providing legal advice, negotiating agreements, and assisting with the preparation of legal documents. The Associate Attorney will also be involved in client meetings and court proceedings.

Qualifications

• Experience providing legal advice and counseling
• Excellent research skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Bar in the state of New York
• Prior experience in a law firm or legal department is preferred,prior litigation experience is a great advantage
