Junior Estimator opportunity - Multifamily General ContractorJoin a fast-growing general contractor taking on new and exciting multifamily projects with the office based in Irvine. We are hiring a Junior Estimator to play a key role in supporting an up-and-coming company in the multifamily construction market.As a Junior Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing cost estimates by analysing drawings, performing quantity take-offs, and assisting in the assembly of detailed bids for review by senior staff. You will also liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure accurate pricing and project alignment. Working under experienced guidance, you will gain hands-on exposure and develop a strong understanding of the estimating process.Responsibilities of this role:Able to read and understand plans affectively.Support senior estimators in bid preparation and tender submissions.Ensure estimates comply with company standards and client requirements.Perform quantity take-offs for materials, labour, and equipment from digital plans.Qualifications:At least 2 years experience in a Project Engineer or Assistant Estimator role.Pay range and compensation package: Base salary up to $100k bolstered by additional compensation packages, benefits, dynamic work environment and exciting new projects.If you believe that your skills and experience match the above requirements, please apply using this advertisement or email an updated version of your resume and project list directly to myself at Harry.panther@goodall-brazier.comIf you have any further questions , do not hesitate to contact me on (213) 204-6230 or drop me a message on LinkedIn
