This role will require effective communication between a plethora of different suppliers and Walmart Replenishment Managers. You will be responsible for helping manage business across several different Walmart and Sam's Club departments.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct weekly reporting, tracking, and analysis using online sales data and Walmart POS data, focusing on metrics such as sales performance, inventory levels, promotional effectiveness, and shopper behavior.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support long-term account strategies, providing analytical support and insights for decision-making processes.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify opportunities and make informed recommendations.
  • Develop solutions with respect to product distribution, promotion, pricing, and shelf-placement
  • Develop and maintain forecasts on new and existing items by partnering with Walmart to ensure forecast accuracy while partnering with suppliers to ensure proper flow of inbound goods.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal and Walmart Replenishment Manager to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and initiatives.


This position requires:

  • 2-3 years of Walmart experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and Walmart Replenishment Managers.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
