Role Description

This is a full-time remote Help Desk Technician role at Algorand Tech, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues, and maintaining accurate records of user requests and technical issues.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and printers
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Associate degree or relevant certification in a related field is a plus
