Industrial Electrician

This position has multiple openings. Some candidates will work there between 3-6 months, some will be there for the entirety of the project, being around 18 months.


Overview:

Take on a hands-on role as an Electrician/Machine Wirer, where you'll be responsible for the electrical wiring and installation of automation equipment. In this position, you'll apply your technical skills and attention to detail to ensure the proper functioning of machines and systems. Join a team of skilled professionals and contribute to the assembly and integration of automated solutions.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assemble electrical components to construct reliable and functional power sources.
  • Install electrical components and troubleshoot completed assemblies.
  • Build and wire motorized products, ensuring proper installation of guards and covers after painting.
  • Troubleshoot automated, electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic components during the assembly process.
  • Perform proof tests on all units and rectify any deficiencies, creating jigs or mock-ups as needed for testing equipment.
  • Comply with all safety rules and regulations to ensure a secure workplace.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Electrical certification, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in electrical assembly.
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical assembly and mechanical assembly (following blueprints).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
  • Working knowledge of electrical circuitry, design, and electronic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Proficiency with voltage meters, amp meters, hand tools, and power tools.
