Your expertise in managing events and communicating effectively will make sure that our client has a positive impact at events.


Locations: Atlanta, GA (Midtown)- Will be onsite 5 days a week.

  • Potential flexibility with tenure.

Duration: Contract- 18 month.

Responsibilities and Day to Day:

  • Develop and implement an event tiering strategy to determine event selection, prioritization, and resource allocation per event.
  • Lead the event planning and execution process for events.
  • Orchestrate all event workstreams, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across teams.
  • Run internal and external communications related to events, keeping all relevant parties informed and engaged.
  • Coordinate in-person presence at events, including the selection of swag items, booth design, and on-site activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with third party event organizers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the event budget, ensuring all events are delivered within the allocated financial resources.
  • Define and measure the success of events in alignment with growth objectives.



Skills/Experience Needed:


  • 4+ years of experience in Event Management or planning at enterprise level- experience planning and managing events scaling from small groups to 3,000+ attendees
  • Proficient in program or project management, managing multiple complex workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience in community building and social media engagement.
  • A team player with leadership skills.
  • Experience with full event budgeting and financials management.
  • Prior experience with technology marketing.
  • Comfortable managing relationships with vendors.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Familiarity with event KPIs and marketing techniques for event management.
  • Proven experience as an event manager.
