About IOI Solutions

IOI Solutions is a performance marketing agency specializing in converting customers Google + Websites. We focus on driving exceptional results for our clients, with a 50/50 split between e-commerce and local businesses, primarily in the Los Angeles area. We pride ourselves on creating unique strategies that deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.


This role is a critical part of our Paid Media team, reporting directly to Leadership / Founders. As a Paid Media Strategist, you will work directly with clients, execute campaigns, and ensure results are delivered consistently. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining and optimizing accounts to meet client goals.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and lead a collection of Paid Media accounts, including Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads).
  • Communicate directly with clients via Slack and in meetings, building trust and ensuring alignment.
  • Audit, set up, manage, and optimize campaigns for e-commerce and local business clients.
  • Independently manage and project your workflow to achieve performance goals for your accounts.
  • Build and execute quarterly strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
  • Perform keyword research, write ad copy, and refine audience targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor budgets and ensure campaigns align with client objectives and KPIs.
  • Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions to deliver effective campaigns.
  • Provide regular performance updates and insights to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and operational partners to maintain high-quality work and results.


What You Offer

  • 3+ years of experience in Paid Media, specifically with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns for e-commerce and local businesses.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel.
  • Deep understanding of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
  • Client-facing experience with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage projects independently.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, including monthly in-person meetings in Los Angeles.


What Success Looks Like

  • Successfully manage 8-12 accounts, ensuring consistent client satisfaction and performance improvements.
  • Meet and exceed client goals, including lead generation, sales growth, and ROI benchmarks.
  • Build long-term client relationships that drive renewals and upsell opportunities.
  • Deliver consistent, measurable results through data-driven optimizations and strategy execution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing actionable insights and transparent reporting.
  • Take initiate and become a leader. Move up the ranks and help others improve their client results.
