Must Haves:
- 1-2 years of warehouse/inventory experience
- Comfortable breaking down pallets, moving boxes, being on their feet.
- need to be comfortable lifting at least 50 lbs.
- Microsoft Teams, Excel, tracking system experience.
- Extremely organized, must be able to manual enter bar codes, keep track of shipment delivery dates and issuing out equipment to field technicians.
- Punctuality, good attitude, and ability to go onsite 5 days a week
Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Warehouse Specialist to support a large electronic security client in Syracuse, NY. This specialist will be responsible for managing the warehouse and inventory needs of this client. They will be receiving shipments twice a week and organizing the equipment in the warehouse for field technicians to pick up on a daily basis. They have to have great communication skills and at least 1-2 years of warehousing experience. They need to be familiar with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Our client is looking for someone extremely organized and able to be punctual on a daily basis. This role requires a minimum of 5 days onsite at the warehouse in Syracuse, NY. This candidate must be eligible to pass a corporate background check and drug screening.
Compensation:
$17/hr to $19/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
