Position Summary

Working alongside other peptide technicians, the Lab Technician is responsible for synthesizing and/or analyzing and purifying peptides. This position runs instrumentation in the manufacture of peptides. ​

• aily tracking and record keeping of current peptide tasks/projects.T
• ake responsibility to process and execute orders within agreed time windows.O
• peration and maintenance of peptide instrumentation.I
• f applicable*: Operation and maintenance of Liquid Chromatography instrumentationI
• f applicable*: Peptide Cleavage Data analysis and characterization of peptides using HPLC and Mass SpecI
• f applicable*: Hand modifications of custom peptidesI
• f applicable: Execute lab activities related to PD projects like phage selection, preparing of new libraries, ELISA and GCI testingW
• ork in accordance with the installed ISO 9001 and GMP quality system (incl. good housekeeping) – and ensures products and analytical results are accurate and reliable for reporting purposes.M
