Congregational Home, Inc. is a non-profit, faith-based Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) that offers a rare full continuum of care for seniors, including Short-Term Subacute Rehabilitation, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Skilled Nursing Home Care, and Hospice Care. We are one of a small percentage of organizations in the region with this full continuum, and the only one located in Brookfield, WI.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Manager at Congregational Home, Inc. located in Brookfield, WI. The Nursing Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, coordinating and implementing medical services, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The Nursing Manager will also collaborate with other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures.


Qualifications

  • Nursing Management and Nursing skills
  • Experience in critical care medicine and patient care
  • Knowledge of medicine and healthcare regulations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Wisconsin
