CNC Programmer

Location: High Bridge, NJ

$30-$35 DOE + OT

* Will relocate for the right candidate *

1st shift (7am – 3:30pm)

OT: Saturdays 6am - 11am

As a CNC programmer, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting technical blueprints, inputting the design specifications, adjusting the machine cutting paths, and performing quality checks on the final product. You may also be required to perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Daily functions will include:

• CNC programming for lathes and milling machines using Mastercam
• They will be both programming and operating CNC Machines as needed
• Work closely with Tool Design and Manufacturing personnel to plan tooling designs
• Align and code steps for tool operations, speed feeds and work piece positions to conform to operational sequences
• Analyze blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD models to determine the sequence of machine operations, cutting tools and feed rates

What we are needing:

• US Citizenship
• 3-5 years of experience in CNC programming and operations
• Mastercam experience
• Mechanical aptitude and use of significant mathematical skills
