Job Summary:

Our client is seeking ROW (Right-Of-Way) Agent to join their hybrid team in Irving, Texas The expectation is for the selected candidate to come into the office at least twice a month. If you have at least 5 years of relevant work experience then apply today; we'd love to connect with you


Duties:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions for easements and right of way agreements with utilities, municipalities, private landowners, carriers, and government entities
  • Draft, review, and revise complex contract provisions for right of way agreements, private easements, relocation agreements, joint builds, etc.
  • Secure and manage contracts of varied scope and complexity allowing the company to utilize major rights of way for the installation, protection of established rights, and operation of fiber network
  • Collaborate with Legal, Engineering, Finance, Tax, Government Affairs, and Risk Management to execute and manage agreements
  • Manage, coordinate, and negotiate agreements, right of way agreements, private easements, and license agreements for the installation and management of fiber optic network projects
  • Manage existing agreements, bonds, certificates, or insurance including agreement renewal, term enforcement, and payment authorization
